Cancellation Policy for SPA

Please note: That we are non-refundable on all treatments and packages. We can change the date of any booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any time after this, there will be a fee to change dates.

Cancellation for ROOMS

Unfortunately in the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non transferable. Cancellations within less than 48 hour's notice will be charged at the full rate.

Spa Etiquette

All guests to wear swimsuits or robes around the Spa and suitable footwear (eg flip flops or slippers).

Retail Returns Policy

Opened or damaged goods are non returnable. If the products have been used and you have a reaction we would require photographic evidence, however we do not take liability. All goods must be paid for in full before collection. No third party purchases.
